I had an amazing stay at Unique Luxury Stay in Rome. The apartment was new, clean, and really well-equipped, and I loved how close it was to the metro and local shops. The one downside was that there weren't any instruction books for the appliances, which made it a bit tricky to figure things out at times.

The location was perfect—just a short walk to the metro and conveniently close to shops and a supermarket. The apartment itself was incredibly comfortable and well-appointed. My only concerns were the lack of a personal key for the room and a rather limited breakfast selection. Overall, we had a great stay.
